Details of sessions, terms of service and fees:
An initial free discussion lasting half-hour either by phone, Skype or face to face if you are local to West Dorset or at another venue I am working in.
This enables us both to feel comfortable when working together and allows you to ask any questions you may have about any of the ways I work to help you.
My methods include Nature Viewing, Mindfulness, Visioneering, Deep Relaxation, NLP, CBT, Anxiety Management, Realistic Goal Setting and other ways to suit your needs.
- Each full consultation is 1-1.5 hours.
- Some people get what they need from one session. Other people may take longer.
- You may have a number of factors or goals that you wish to look at within your health, career or life. Most people prefer having monthly sessions with desired goals and accountability for the results they want to achieve.
- After your session I supply you with an email “take away” and summary of actions to take.
- Consultations may be offered at daytime, weekends or evenings.
For companies and organisations:
For a wellness plan, an initial 1 hour assessment is offered without charge by phone, Skype or face-to-face.
This is to help clarify exactly what it is your company or organisation is looking for.
Following this, a proposal will be provided, stating which of the following is best to meet your needs such as:
- A wellness workshop –topic to be agreed
- Learn at lunch
- Wellness walkabout – outside in nature
- Nature Viewing – Bringing the outside to inside your workplace
- Coaching or other therapeutic tools
The proposal will outline how and when the wellness plan will be delivered
These are provided typically for groups of up to 12 people. Alternatively or in addition, confidential individual consultations may be appropriate.
Or you may want an Executive Mentoring Plan. These are for to 6 people and delivered as a smaller group or individually. Designed for Executive Managers or CEO and Board Members only
Please note that I only take a set number of clients and sessions each week.
This is to ensure results are achieved each and every time. Plus they are personal to you or your company.
And I retain my own energy and work life balance

Terms Of Service
Individuals: Payment is required upon booking, in advance of a consultation and following consent plus agreement to my terms of service.
Companies and Organisations: Please contact me for details to discuss your needs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Fortunately, these are very rare however I want to make sure that there’s no miscommunication about it, and that you understand it and agree to buy into it 100%. We are here to help each other in the best way possible.
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
Some people have longer. Mine is 24 hours, and I am firm with this policy.
For packaged session cancellations – please refer to later section.
This cancellation policy is really important for my business because, other people may see up to 20 clients in a day. However to give my best to people like you, I only see a maximum of 5-6.
I reserve for you, and all my clients, at least a full hour or even more of my time for the session including follow up actions or information to help you achieve your goals.
So if you cancel with less than a full 24-hour notice, I am unable to fill that valuable 99.9% of my clients respect and understand this.
If you do miss an appointment, that’s life and no hassle. I understand things happen unexpectedly.
In return, my clients understand that scheduling an appointment with me is like buying tickets to an event. If you miss the event, it doesn’t matter why you missed it, or even if it’s your first session there are no refunds if it’s less than 24 hours’ notice.
If you have booked 4 sessions or more and notify me within 24 hours after your first session that you wish to cease the sessions, then you only pay for one session and the rest will be refunded.
If you have booked 4 or more sessions and wish to cancel within 72 hours after your first session, 25% will be deducted from your total package fee.
If you book any session package and you wish to cancel or fail to inform me after 72 hours to within 30 days of receipt of your first session then there is a 50% cancellation charge of the total package fee.
After 30 days of booking packaged sessions no refunds will be given unless I am the one who has decided to cancel your booking.
However, if I deem them to be suitable, you may gift your unused packaged sessions to a friend, colleague or family member which we can discuss and agree.
Finally…If, for any reason I should need to cancel our session (which has never happened to me yet), then you will receive a free session to compensate.
I am fortunate that my clients are fully on board with this policy, and this makes life so much easier for both of us.
So, when you book an appointment, I need your consent, enthusiastic agreement and promise, that if or when the day comes that you may miss an appointment, for any reason, you will pay for that missed session or appointment, just like you pay for the sessions you attend or receive.

If not then I totally understand. The value of the agreement and consent process is that both you and I can see if my services are going to be a good match.
Unfortunately, I cannot move forward to help you at this time.

All my services are strictly confidential and will not be discussed with or shown to outside sources without the prior consent of those persons involved. Private information given to me will never be passed on to other companies or any other third parties unless you consent to do so.
Restrictions for using my services:
These services are supplied to those over 18 years of age unless parental/guardian consent is provided otherwise.
My services are intended only for people deemed to have current mental capacity and comprehension of using them. If there are any doubts regarding your comprehension or current mental capacity, please consult your GP to advise you or if not then I would advise you to do so.
