Calm Cup

May 3, 2018 - 11:00 am
  • Do you feel isolated from other people?
  • Are you unable to focus throughout your day?
  • Have you ever felt overwhelmed?
  • Could you use a sounding board to help you solve problems?
  • Would you like an easy effective way to set priorities?
  • Do you feel you need time out from your busy – ness?
If you said yes to any of these questions, then join me and a few others for “a cup of calm.”
Taking a mindful moment just for you and being with like-minded people in an informal setting has so many plus points.
For example, you won’t feel as if you’re on your own, feel overwhelmed or unfocused.
Others in the ‘cup of calm’ group will support you in setting priorities and best of all help you solve most types of problems that come up in business.
Most self-help gurus give advice like “if this was a friend who had the same problem you’ve now got, what would you say to that person?”
It may be sound advice but it’s very hard to follow.
However, if you say to five other people who are like you, “I have this problem, what do you think I should do?” chances are good that you’ll get one or two great answers that will help you solve that problem.
Can you put a price on having this resource in your life?
No, neither can I. that’s why I’ve insisted no one pays to come to the calm cup club. If you buy your own hot or cold drink you’re in.
Our next get together is at will be in  newly renovated Literary and Scientific Institute 51 East Street Bridport DT6 3JX.
Each meeting only seats six. So, the first come-first served rule applies here.
To reserve your seat, please use the form below and I look forward to helping you stay calm, connect and collaborate.

Bookings no longer allowed on this date.
